" The love that stayed "
Once,
my love lived
in my words.
I wanted to tell you.
I wanted you to know.
I wanted to say
how much you meant to me.
But I could not.
The words stayed
where they were—
inside my heart.
And now,
after all this time,
the love is still there.
It has changed
its place.
Before,
it lived on my lips.
Now,
it lives in my heart.
